I am a PMP®, ITIL® . ScrumMaster® and 7x Salesforce® certified IT Professional with 20 years of experience, based in Munich, Germany. In 2017 I joined the German division of Japanese IT Consulting and Services company NTT DATA which employs more than 100,000 people in 50 countries around the world. I split my time between Munich, Germany, Thessaloniki, Greece and Dubai, UAE. I build reliable technical infrastructure and services solutions and improve business workflows on an optimized budget. I leverage all industry-standard toolsets to manage teams and assets including PMI® Project Management and ITIL® change management standards.
